Dragon Abs

 Do you want cut DragonFit abs? Do the below routine 4 times per week for two months and you will see amazing results.

  • Plank for 30 seconds
  • 30 Bicycle Crunches
  • 30 Russian Twists
  • 30 Reverse Crunches
  • 30 Second Side plank on each side
  • 30 Mountain Climbers
  • REST 60 Seconds

Repeat Ab Workout for four sets with just a 60 second rest in between sets. The first two sets keep seconds and reps at 30, then the last two sets increase all to 60. Ensure you drink plenty of water and stretch after each work out, so your body has time to recover. 

Dragon Butts & Guts

 Do the below routine 4 times per week for two months and you will see amazing results.

  • 20 reverse lunges (10 each leg)
  • 20 Body weight Squats
  • 20 Hip Thrusters
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • REST 60 Seconds
  • 20 Fire hydrants (10 each leg)
  • 20 Calf raises
  • 20 lateral squats (10 each leg)
  • REST 60 Seconds

Repeat Workout for four sets with just a 60 second rest in between sets. The first two sets keep reps at 20, then for the 3rd set increase to 30, then the last two sets all to 40. Ensure you drink plenty of water and stretch after each work out, so your body has time to recover.
